Application:

• Apply to tired muscles, as needed
• Apply to joints, as needed
• Dilute and apply to chest to support easy breathing
• Diffuse to release emotional pain
• Diffuse to release emotions associated with chronic pain (desperation, hopelessness, loss of interest, etc.)
• Use similarly to/alternate with Purification for air purifying
• Use as a part of your regular skincare routine to support clear skin
