Pneumonia is a lung infection caused by bacteria or viruses. It starts when you breathe germs into your lungs and is likely to occur after having a cold or the flu.

Application and Usage:

Dietary and Oral:

  • Take 1 capsule of desired Vitality or dietary oil 2 times daily
  • Take 2-3 drops of a Vitality or dietary oil in a spoonful of syrup or small amount of milk, juice, or water.
  • Gargle a mixture of essential oils and water 4-8 times daily.

Topical:

  • Apply 2-6 drops neat or diluted 50:50 to the neck and chest as needed
  • Massage 2-3 drops on the lung Vita Flex points of the feet 2-4 times daily
  • Place a warm compress with 1-2 drops of chosen oil on the neck, chest, and upper back areas 1-3 times daily

Rectal: Using any of the recommended blends, combine 20 drops with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Insert into rectum with bulb syringe and retain throughout the night. Repeat nightly for 5-6 days.
